CST Offers Customized Maintenance Agreements
Maintenance contracts are available at numerous service levels, each priced to maximize the return for our clients. Every maintenance contract includes CST’s detailed activity reports, and analysis to assist clients in enhancing the security and productivity of their networks. These reports allow clients to view historical trends in error locations and types, system down time, and numerous other criteria as selected by the client.
Our maintenance contracts range from Monday to Friday/ 7am to 7pm, 365 days a year and cover a wide range of different Network technologies that include Routing/Switching, Firewalls, Access Points, Security, Voice and Mobility. As a maintenance provider, CST has access to wide array of Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, and Meraki, products for any of the systems at any given time of the day or night. CST also carries in house inventory of phones, routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls to ensure our customers are covered for equipment failures twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.

- Minimum Hours of standard support/maintenance per month
- Prior scheduling required
CST Silver
- Next Business Day support
CST Gold
- 12x5 support for most products listed under CST Partners
- Specific to regions, based on time and accessibility to the location
Customized Development/Upgrade Support:
- Enhancements to existing systems
- Upgrades to current system
